When to use the Icebreaker Questions wheel

Icebreaker questions work — but only if nobody has to pick them. The wheel takes the awkward 'uh, someone start' out of standups, retros, first-day-of-class rounds, and workshop kickoffs. Load in your team's go-to prompts or use our starter set, then let each person spin their own. Fair mode is great when you don't want to repeat a question across a session — each one is removed after it's asked. Add your own prompts specific to your team or class; save the wheel and reuse it next quarter.
